Online Therapy for Florida Residents

Licensed, evidence-based psychotherapy for Florida residents — delivered entirely by secure video, from a psychologist with 19 years of clinical experience.

Is This You?

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

  • You live in Florida and want a therapist who treats video sessions as a real form of care, not a fallback

  • You’re dealing with anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, or relationship stress and want an evidence-based approach

  • You’ve had trouble finding the right local fit, or you simply prefer the privacy and convenience of therapy from home

  • You want a psychologist with real clinical experience — not just a directory listing

In addition to my practice in New York, I’m licensed to provide psychotherapy to Florida residents entirely online. You get the same evidence-based approach, the same clinical experience, and the same free initial consultation as clients I see in Manhattan — just from wherever you are in Florida.

How Online Therapy Works

Sessions are held over secure, HIPAA-compliant video, 45 minutes long, at times that fit a real schedule — daytime, evening, and Sunday appointments are available. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to what’s actually going on in your life rather than a one-size-fits-all program.

I work with Florida clients on the same concerns I treat in New York: anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction, panic attacks, phobias, and the everyday stress of relationships and life transitions.

Why Choose Video Therapy

Some people worry that online therapy is a lesser version of in-person care. In practice, the research doesn’t bear that out — for most concerns, telehealth therapy is just as effective as sitting across from each other in an office, and it removes real barriers: commuting, taking time off work, or finding childcare. For many clients, being able to have a session from a familiar, private space actually makes it easier to open up.

I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation so we can talk about what’s going on and whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure and no commitment.
